    An excellent stay!

    The property is beautiful and the condo is very clean. It has a modern decor, and it is very comfortable with clean linens and towels provided. The 2 bedrooms are perfect for our party of 3. The kitchen is great and we were able to cook our meals. I think the condo is excellent and provides everything what you need. Ex. laundry and soap, kitchen supplies, etc. It is complete. We also used the beach chairs and umbrellas and cooler when we went to the beach. They are very useful.

    Parking is only for 1 car in the guest parking provided although we only needed one. Just in case you need multiple cars, it might be an issue. Maybe email the property manager. They are very responsive.

    Clean and easy access and responsive staff

    Clearer direction on what address to put in maps. A lot of Waikoloa places to stay that sound the same and maps is not helpful 2101

    Exceptional

    Everything! Besides the location being perfect, the villa is very well stocked with beach gear (boogie boards, fins, chairs, coolers, towels), kitchen and laundry also well set up to help you feel right at home. They were also quick to respond when we had questions. -BUT, if your booking and kids plan on having fun at the pool- this is not your place. The rules are very strict at the pool. You can not throw anything, have any floats, etc. There was even a lady out there yelling at the kids to stop. We went once and my 3 year old didn't want to go back.

    The pool rules!! We absolutely loved the villa- but the pool rules would make us not book a vacation there again.
