  Disappointing stay. No value for money.

  Lovely feeling of space - the overall plot was huge. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. The pool was a good size although not heated so rather cold. The house was within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants.

  The keys were not in the key safe as promised leading to nearly an hour delay getting into the property (not what you want after a flight). The cleaning was sub-standard, we found cigarette butts throughout the grounds, the floor had not been mopped (your feet picked up dirt as you walked through the house), there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and a general feeling of neglect. The furniture was all tatty - all perfectly useable but many items had stains or looked old, not what you expect when paying over £6000 for just 5 nights.

  Great stay and enjoyed by all the family !

  Large property in a great location. Very quiet surroundings. Every room had an en-suite which was great. Beach was only a 15 stroll and had a few bars & restaurants and close to supermarkets etc.. Easy to get to the new & old Albufeira towns.

  Check out is at 10am which is quite early which is difficult especially if you have an evening flight. Showers could be a bit stronger!

  Spacious Home with Great Outdoor Area

  The outdoor area is fantastic. The rooms are very spacious, and there's air conditioning in every part of the house.

  The dishwasher is not functioning properly. The fridge is quite small for the size of the house and doesn't cool effectively. Additionally, the barbecue area could benefit from some shading.
