    Customer service not acceptable. This apartment has the potential to be a great place to stay, the service lets it down

    Decent sized apartment, has the potential to be great for a group.

    Several of the beds didn’t have pillow cases or quilt covers, and one quilt actually had brown stains on it. One of the sockets fell off the wall, and whilst I was able to put it back, it should have been attended to straight away. I brought these points to the attention of the “bot” on the WhatsApp number provided. They tried fobbing me off on several occasions before saying someone would attend … Nobody attended in the 4 nights we were there. The key pick up and drop off is in Puerto de la Duquesa which is 21 km away, a 25 minute drive away, No toilet roll is provided, or shower gel.

    L appartement super de bonne taille tout ce qu'il faut. Belle vue.

    Récupérer les clé a plus de 25 min. Selon par où on arrive ou repart c'est un inconvénient Parking aussi peut être compliqué dans la journée. Pas facile pour trouver une place près de la résidence.
