    Everything was great including the location. It was a beautiful hotel and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very creative place.

    It wasn't the most clean place. There was...evidence... of someone's prior stay in my room. It had been cleaned, just not well, and some very important things were overlooked.

    Gorgeous, well-appointed room. Super quiet, very comfortable beds. Valet service was great & super responsive.

    There was no shuttle, even though there was a sign at the front desk & online listing. But it was easy to get an Uber. Coffee machine wasn't plugged in (even though it said not to move it), so we moved it to use it!

    Good stay downtown

    We enjoyed the location to downtown, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The bathroom was quite nice and roomy.

    The air conditioner was incredibly loud. Sounded like a helicopter above the room each time it was on.
