    Downstairs heating does not work!

    Clean property

    The downstairs underfloor heating wasn’t working, we visited in December and was extremely cold when we arrived. Rang the number provided and a maintenance man came out but couldn’t fix the problem, we were then given heaters to use throughout our 3 day stay. Still waiting to hear about our complaint. The last review said they couldn’t get the heating to work, I have no doubt that it wasn’t actually working then either!

    Lovely stay in a beautiful part of England

    Location was mountain goat country,older couples would struggle to walk to town and back.

    House was perfect clean loads of facilities
