Beautiful design, excellent service, minor flaws.
The staff and service were truly worthy of a five-star experience. I think the team responsible for ensuring a comfortable stay did an excellent job. The room design strongly reminded me of Balinese villas. I chose this hotel because of its unique design. We had two rooms, and we liked one more than the other. I think this hotel is great for a shorter stay rather than longer ones.
First, I noticed that the hotel corridors were quite worn out. The room itself was fine, except that it was very dusty. Dust was floating everywhere, and thick layers of dust had accumulated on the sockets, tissue boxes, and other surfaces. I also can’t understand why it’s so difficult to ensure there are enough hangers in the room. Also, if the minibar is chargeable, I would suggest that the hotel offer a more interesting selection of snacks. However, this isn’t a negative point, just a suggestion for improvement.

Comfortable room and nice hotel workers.
Good quality professional reception workers, they was helpful and kind service always. Our room was even better than in pictures because we had two balcony and we was expecting only one. Bed and pillows was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was diverse. Good experience of this 3 nights visiting it was worth of money.
Sound protection from outside is not good, balcony doors have air holes so we can hear all traffic noises.
