  🇺🇸 Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, and there were several issues that future guests should know about. First, the way the additional €15 cleaning fee was handled felt very questionable and unprofessional. Although an additional charge may appear during the booking process, after the booking we received an email instructing us to leave €15 in cash inside the apartment and then send a photo showing exactly where the money had been left so that the cleaner could collect it the next day. In my opinion, asking guests to leave cash inside the property and prove it with a photo is a very unusual and uncomfortable way to collect an additional fee. There were also several problems with the basic amenities. There was no shampoo, shower gel, or other body-washing product available in the bathroom, even though the property description states that shower gel and shampoo are provided. The towels available were very small, more like hand towels or towels suitable for placing on the floor, and were not practical for drying your body after a shower. There was only a very small amount of hand soap left in the dispenser. It had clearly not been refilled, and there was no additional unopened soap available. There was also no packaged or spare bed linen available for us to put on the beds ourselves. No slippers were provided either. This meant that you either had to walk around the apartment wearing your outdoor shoes or walk barefoot. The bathroom/toilet layout was particularly concerning from a safety point of view. To reach the toilet, you have to pass through the bathroom area and go up three steps. After taking a shower, the floor can naturally become wet, and without slippers or any suitable footwear, you have to walk barefoot up these three steps. In my opinion, this creates a real risk of slipping and falling. Simply going to the toilet after showering became unnecessarily uncomfortable and potentially dangerous.

  Für unseren Aufenthalt zweckmäßig in Ordnung ggf. wieder.

  Ausreichend Platz in einem großen Raum wie beschrieben. Sauber und zweckmäßig. Kaffee und Tee, Gewürze vorhanden und ein bereits kalter Kühlschrank. Danke. Unser Aufenthalt galt einem Turnier, daher lag der Fokus auf die Entfernung zum Austragungsort und weniger einem Ferienkomfort. Für Übernachtung, Frühstück und einigen Spaziergänge in die Passauer Altstadt hervorragend - über die Brücke und man ist da!

  Türcode funktionierte nicht, die Erreichbarkeit war bescheiden - Mobilnummer in der Anmeldemail war immer besetzt, erst, über die Festnetznummer auf der Website konnte jemand erreicht werden, nach knapp 30 Minuten das Problem gelöst. Türcode-Problematik tauchte während des Aufenthalts erneut auf, wurde jedoch schneller gelöst. 15 € Reinigungskosten über die zuvor nicht erwähnt worden sind, haben wir dagelassen, andere offenbar nicht, was ich nachvollziehen kann. Kein Parkplatz in der Nähe und da direkt an der Hauptstraße auch keine offenen Fenster...

  Schlimmste Ferienwohnung

  In der Wohnung waren gebrauchte Handtücher, Mülleimer nicht entleert, Teppich am Eingang verschmutzt, Kaffeemaschine stand unter Wasser mit alten Kaffee pad, alte Lebensmittelreste in verschmutzten Schrank, Toilettendeckel teilweise lose, schmutziger Putzlappen hing über Lampe, Schranktüren am Eingang aus den Angeln. Haben die Wohnung sofort verlassen und wollten um Mängelbeseitigung bitten. Vermieter weder telefonisch noch per Mail erreichbar. Dann um Stornierung gebeten. Nie erreichbar. Auch nach Beschwerde bei booking. Booking com konnten Vermieter auch nicht erreichen. Bleiben wahrscheinlich auf unseren Kosten sitzen!
