There was a small problem on arrival, which was dealt with by Mike the owner, straight away.

Once we had got things covered up we were able to enjoy our holidays.

The chalet was dirty. The pillows and the mattress cover were badly stained. We rang Mike who got the cleaner to come and give it a clean. She removed the mattress cover as she agreed it was bad. We went and bought new mattress cover pillows and quilt. The sofa was stained so covered that with a blanket

Love every minute of our holiday

Location at Sundowner Park is best site in Hensbey, very well kept . Thit is the second time at 245 and it'svery well kept, me and my wife have been to Sundowner the last 4 years and it's a good place to explore Norfolk.

If I was Mike, I would get rid of the uncomfortable black chair AH AH. There is nothing else wrong.
