My stay was very relaxing and fun.

Everything was great! The house was very spacious with plenty of room for 17 people. The pool heat was very warm and comfortable throughout our whole stay. I will definitely stay in this house again.

  Location

The washing machine was broken, we called several times no one called us back or fixed it. One of the comforts was dirty it had blood. They expect the garbage to be bagged, but there was only one garbage bag left for us. I had to go buy garbage bags.

  Excellent stay

The neighborhood was clean and safe. They monitored property throughout the day and night and gave me a good sense of security. The home is very spacious and offers a bathroom for most rooms. The pool accommodated our group of 12 nicely. Bedrooms were a great size. The game room was a space for the kids to get away to

Some issues were out of owners' control, like the centipedes /worms that were constantly found in until. Upstairs bathrooms ran out of hot water very quickly. We never found floor mats for bathrooms. We bought our own beach towels, which we used as mats when drying off. Many of the rooms had no working TVs or missing remotes (however, this didn't affect us much as we spent most days out or congregated in living areas when together)

  🚫Don’t rent this house🚫

The house it was OK, a big house comfortable for a big family, but the patio was really dark at night and pool lights didn’t work. The patio was completely dark, we arrived late and my kids and family couldn’t use the pool and same thing with the game room both of the electronic games were damaged. After we arrived each family member got their owns room and when we started walking around the property we noticed the damaged games and I called to reported to the staff just an hour after we arrived and NO ONE CAME TO FIX EITHER THE LIGHTS OR THE GAMES. THEN THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK AND THEY WILL RELEASE MY $300 DEPOSIT, LESS THANK A WEEK AFTER I GOT CHARGED THE $300 DEPOST FOR THE BROKEN GAMES THAT WE EVEN COULDN’T USE AND THE SAME GAMES THAT I REPORTED TO THEM JUST AFTER WE ARRIVED. I’VE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK WITH NO RESULTS. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!!

Family getaway in a serene location with spacious room to relax and enjoy ourselves

The property was amazing and quite spacious. Great location and the staff was extremely friendly.

I would say they did not provide wash rags, therefore we had to bring our own. They did provide plenty enough towels. The pool lights were not working so we could not stay in the pool at night time.
