Great Stay!
We had a really great stay here—it had a true luxury feel while still being super comfortable and easy to settle into. The penthouse looked exactly like the pictures, was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The space was beautiful, with thoughtful details, high-quality finishes, and really comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax. The location was perfect and super convenient as well. The host was awesome—really helpful and always quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo, quality appliances, great staff, easy to navigate. Disappointed in linens and furnishings.
Communication started slow but closer to our stay communication was excellent. The appointed garage was too small to fit our oversized Yukon but we had no problem finding parking on the ground level guest spots. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo is clean, well stocked, quality appliances and very nice showers with plenty of water pressure. The view is spectacular. Nicely located and very walkable to a close Starbucks and other shopping. Pool hit tub and outdoor area is really nice! Workout room is sufficient.
The view is spectacular but not an ocean view , the furniture is funky and not very comfortable. There is no closet in the main bedroom only one suitcase holder so luggage was on the floor. There is no bedside table on one side of the bed in main bedroom the round purple velvet couch is in the way and weird (with all due respect). We could not work the thermostat it seemed to be controlled in an APP and would not allow us to change it was either very hot or cold. The quality of linens is very lacking and does not match the level of quality of the rest of the house but I imagine they wash well and dry quickly as they are of synthetic material. Pillows are low quality and need to be replaced. I don’t mean to be critical but hoping to be helpful and constructive.

Great place, has everything you could need. Would recommend
Great Location near John Wayne Airport within proximity to Costa Mesa and other sites. The area felt safe, clean, and well maintained. Basic Groceries and several restaurants were right there. The owner was helpful and responsive. The accommodation itself was clean and quite well equipped.
Security staff was inconsistent with demands on ID. (Some were quite friendly and helpful, but one who may have been new and nervous about getting everything just so, was less friendly and demanding on scanning the ID of each member of our group when we were coming in with our hands full of grocery bags/ bottled water..)
