Good value for a short stay in Sydney proper.
Proximity to Central Station, light rail and food options. Coffee and snacks were lovely.
Not enough variation in room temperature. Restricted between 20 and 25c and could not be turned off. Black out curtains should be able to be separated from netting so you can still have light but with privacy.

Second stay and happy to go back 😀
Really quiet, comfy bed, great value for money, great location, free coffee machine in the foyer and pastries in the morning. The door numbers are funky but a bit tricky after a few glasses of wine!
The rain shower in the very middle of the shower is tricky if you don't want to wash your hair!! The lighting could be improved a bit - lamps are a bit too dim but the overhead light burns your retinas out early in the morning!

Location! Easy walking distance to central station (main transportation hub). Price is great for Sydney. Room felt big, had everything including an iron. Large Coffee pod machine in the lobby to use with an automatic milk frother. There isn't tea etc in the room, just kettle & cups. Grab and go breakfast (free) was museli bars, fruit, crossiants and other bakery items wrapped individually. Street noise surprisingly not an issue. Many places to eat in the area, plus convenience stores no safety issues for us.
If you're a lighter sleeper you'll want a room ending in 4-8. Rooms ending in 1-3 are closet to the elevator and it could be noisy.
