    Highly recommend

    The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable, especially beds. Conveniently located near shops, take away and restaurants. Being able to watch Rugby games every night on Sky Sports was a bonus.

    The room and parking space are a bit small. But it wasn’t busy so we used two parking spaces.

    The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and it was worth the amount. The ceiling in my room caved in but we were provided free extra rooms, thank you for accommodating

    Good option for an overnight regarding location, especially if you like a very soft mattress.

    Location within walking distance of university. Off street parking. Good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and two plate stove top.

    We were in room 8. Low ceiling above toilet…tall people will definitely bump head. Mattress too soft on both double and single bed in this room to our liking, and the single bed moved if you turned over in bed. Traffic on busy Riccarton Rd can be heard at night.
