    Clean. Comfortable, plenty of space as there was just the two of us. The location is excellent especially if you're travelling by train as Torquay Station is just a short walk away. There's also an allocated parking space in the grounds which is great for peace of mind. Tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk there on arrival.

    The key to the main door was a bit fiddly.

    Superb

    Exceptionally clean. Home from home. Welcome gifts were really lovely, even our dog was included with a blanket, bowl and treats location was perfect. 5-8 minutes stroll down to the seafront. Beautiful walks close by for the dog. Beds were very comfortable. Fluffy bath towels. Toilet paper and kitchen cleaning products. View from the dining table on an evening was a glow of seafront lights. Very quiet and relaxing.
