    The pool right out our front door was perfect

    Needs some TLC. I realize it’s just a rental property but needs some upgrades. Needs a deep cleaning!! We arrived and place was very dirty/dusty! Dishes in the cupboards required washing before they were used. Floor in kitchen had stains all over. Owner offered to come in and clean the place but the point is it shouldn’t be that way in the first place.

    Perfect

    The home was perfect for what we were looking for. A home away from home. The Internet was fast, the pool fun, and the tamarindo night market is on Thursdays across the street. The villa is a little over a 10 minute walk to the beach. Make sure you try the Italian bakery across the street, it’s amazing too!

    Overall, a great place to relax and unwind. The villa was like a home away from home.

    It was very well equipped with anything you need to be comfortable and cook if you wish. The owner was most attentive to any questions or concerns. The pool and outdoor patio was great. The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores but you had to walk for for abit.

    The location is close to a Main Street so was quite loud in the mornings. As well, walking to the beach was a good stroll. Unfortunately, there was a smell in the closet that was annoying. The owner was attentive and tried to accommodate as best they could.
