    Place was clean, well equipped and peaceful. Received early check-in which was very helpful. At checkout, whilst the option of luggage storage was not available at site, the host provided guidance for external storage nearby which was good. Host was very responsive, and responded to requests even at late hours. Fans in rooms were helpful with the heatwave. Shataf in washrooms was a plus.

    Faced some minor maintenance issues, no onside maintenance help was available. However we managed to sort things with support from host via whatsapp. .

    Lovely flat, very comfortable and in a brill location.

    Second time staying at this flat and I can’t fault it. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions, the flat is very comfortable and clean and the hosts made sure we had a fan in all the rooms, which was very much appreciated in the heat wave. Lots of good restaurants and bars near by and easy to get around.

    Lovely flat

    The hosts were helpful and responsive, we appreciated the short little video clips for how to operate the various appliances. The flat was wonderful for 5 people, towels and bedding were comfortable. It was well-appointed with teas and coffee as well as toiletries supplied. Location was great, just a 10 minutes walk to Earl's Court tube station and on the District and Piccadilly lines.

    We had a little issue trying to get the keys as the original link to pick them up didn't work. The hosts were very responsive and quick so it was sorted quickly. This is a lower unit so there are no views or access to outdoor space. The next door neighbors were a little noisy and the bedrooms and side living room window surround the neighbor's private courtyard so it's a little awkward when their children are playing out there, we had to keep the curtains closed.
