    A for effort, F for location

    Inside the flat was very clean and fairly modern

    The location is atrocious. The building is a dump, garbage in the hallways and so so run down. I did not feel comfortable staying here at all.

    Location was good and had everything needed in the flat

    It requires a £200 damage deposit or a £40 charge - both of which seem steep Beds and sofas were well worn, and not very comfy

    Great location, stone throw from the city centre. Functional everything works.

    Spick and span, everything functional, toilet and bath

    Confusion about the address between 1 Scotland and 90 Solly Str. A bit tight on space but okay.

    Near and tidy house with 2 bathrooms, well stuffed kitchen. Check-in instructions were very clear with photos. The only thing to be aware of is that the collection of the keys is not in the building premises. You need to walk a few blocks away to collect the keys. We found that a little confusing but once we got the hang of it, it was ok.
