    Great location and property pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

    location couldn’t be better - great views of the harbour and coast. Bathrooms fresh and new

    property could use some tlc - carpets old and would benefit from some maintenance.

    Terrific location, spectacular sea views!

    Well-appointed maisonette made for a comfortable stay. The central location saved car park fees & faff!

    A very minor thing: We took a little while to work out the hot water and dishwasher - manuals are in kitchen cupboard, right of sink, top shelf.

    3 day visit to Seahouses area.

    Two couples, visited end of Sept for 3 nights. The location was excellent, just a 2 or 3 minute walk to Seahouses centre with restaurants, fish & chips, takeaways & good pub food. The views from the bedrooms and lounge were brilliant, the beds were very comfy and the whole maisonette was warm. The kitchen was well equipped with microwave, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine and there were full sets of cups, plates etc and pots & pans with utensils, the kettle worked (but didn't switch off when boiling). Good free WiFi available & very good info pack and leaflets there. The location again is excellent both for access to the amenities in the town, with free parking outside the front available on first come etc and an allocated space in front of the garage doors at the back, lots to do in the area and a huge beach to walk on up the coast also a good bus service to get about on.

    The bathrooms were usable but needed updating, particularly the top floor shower cubicle. The kettle didn't switch off when it was boiling, the freezer was completely iced up so unusable.

    Fabulous for our 4 nights stay, great location to see Northumberland.

    Fabulous view of the harbour port, to watch the dolphins, seals etc. Central to the village. Parking out front. Well equipped.

    The downstairs bathroom needed a shower stand and better hot water supply.
