  Basic amenities, clean, good location - great for a couple nights, but not good for a longer stay.

  The property was very clean, with most basic amenities provided. The host was helpful and responded quickly to enquiries. A keypad and code to enter the flat rather than a key was very convenient - we didn't have to worry about losing the key or who had it. Good AC in the main shared area, and fans in the bedrooms were very welcome in the heat and humidity. Lots of clear instructions were provided on items in the property. The location doesn't feel touristy, with lots of friendly locals around, but it was still a convenient location as there is a bus nearby that will get you to Seoul Station in under 10 minutes. Plus the view of city from the property is stunning!

  While the property stated towels provided, the only towels provided are hand towels. These are not suitable for drying us large, hairy westerners, and as we were staying over a week, we had to purchase our own bath towels to use while there. The temperature mixer on the shower doesn't work, so guests should be prepared for either scalding hot blast or cold drizzle, with no in between (at least the pressure is good if you can stand the heat!). Aside from one pillow provided on each of the two beds, there were no other pillows or cushions or comfortable places to sit in the whole property. The main shared living area only had wooden chairs, a wooden bench or fold out garden chairs to sit on - not a very comfortable space to spend much time in, or to relax after walking around Seoul's hills in the heat and humidity. Though a TV with Netflix is provided, there is nowhere comfortable to actually sit and watch it! Not enough items were provided for our 10 night stay. We weren't left with enough toilet paper, or spare bin bags, etc. Overall it was fine for a short stay of a few nights, if you're not planning to spend much time in the property other than sleeping, but it's not very suitable for longer stays.
