    Worth the money

    Host is super helpful. He help on every request that we ask. The apartment also is nice and complete. Will consider to stay again.

    Parking charge rm20 per day.. Deposit rm200. But once check out they return straight away. Which is good.

    We stayed in three different towers at Regalia Residence with different hosts, and this was by far the best place of them all! It’s the only one with good soundproofing at night. You can’t hear the cars or trains outside, and the room is nice and dark, making it perfect for a good night’s sleep. If you’re planning to stay at Regalia Residence, I highly recommend choosing this room! In the other towers, you can hear so much noise from outside at night that it’s almost impossible to sleep. This room was definitely the best choice

    The Wi-Fi was a little slow, and the signal didn’t reach the bathroom inside the room. Also, a cash security deposit was required. Luckily, we had enough cash with us! As long as you leave everything in good condition, the deposit is refunded at check-out, so everything was fine in the end.
