We had a great stay!
Apartment was clean, had all the amenities, convenient location. For people who felt it was noisy, it is in an urban environment so you have to be tolerant to street noise.
Host tried to charge me extra for using a credit card until I questioned it.

Convenient and well equipped apartment next to the old city.
Lovely small apartment on the doorstep of the old city. Well equipped and everything worked. The washing machine and dryer were very useful. Carolina was a very helpful host.

We were told that the near neibourhood is not safe and not to go there. I did not feel endangered, but have that in mind.

An interesting area of town for a couple of days and evenings.
The location was well placed in the old town on the edge of the gentrified area. The block of apartments were smart and modern but the rest of the street was dilapidated. We enjoyed the terrace onto the street.
Some people may prefer a smarter street but we felt it was safe enough where we were. There is a big police presence in the old town but care should be taken. There are some rough areas not far away and of course most people are fine but......
