    تم إلغاء الحجز من جهة الproperty بدون أي سابق انذار وبعد ان قطعنا 200 كيلو وأدى ذلك لإيذاء شديد لي ولعائلتي

    Rude Irressponsible Host

    the host cancelled our booking 4:00am ,few hours before the check in time, although we confirmed with him everything once we made the reservation a month ago and he asked for the national IDs and sent them and all was confirmed. he didnt even try to appologize for ruining our vacation he sent us a message through someone working in the resort to offer us other properties with triple the price we booked with !! which is sooooooooooooooooo rude and unacceptable. صاحب الشالية شخص غير ملتزم نهائي ولغى الحجز الساعة 4 الفجر قبل معاد وصولنا بكام ساهة رغم اننا تواصلنا معاه من شهر اول ما عملنا الحجز وبعتنالوا البطايق واكدنا معاد الوصول و للتاكيد بعتنالوا رسالة ليلة الوصول عشان نشوف هنقابل مين هناك يسلمنا الشالية وفوجئنا برسالة الساعة 4 الفجر من شخص يعمل بالمنتجع يخبرنا ان صاحب الشالية لغى الحجز وبيعرض علينا شاليه تاني ب 3 اضعاف سعر الحجز بتاعنا وده شئ مش مقبول طبعا وقمة قلة الذوق وعدم مراعاة انه بيبوظ لنا اجازتنا قبلها بكام ساعة فا حتى مفيش وقت اشوف براحتى مكان تاني يناسبني و حتى مفكرش يعتذر !!
