  Great Harbour views in a spacious flat

  The view is amazing. Also it’s super spacious. It was clean and communication with the property management co was good.

  The air con in the bedrooms was pretty noisy.

  The only positive aspect of this apartment was the view from the windows.

  Our stay was stressful from the very beginning. Right after completing the reservation and online check-in, I received a message saying that the balcony was closed and could not be used. This was a significant change to the booking conditions, so I asked the host to cancel the reservation and issue a refund. Based on this information, I booked another accommodation. Later, the host changed their position and claimed that the balcony was actually available, but still refused to cancel the reservation despite the earlier message. Unfortunately, even Booking.com was unable to resolve the situation. The apartment itself also has several issues. There are around 200 steps leading to the property, which is very inconvenient when travelling with luggage or young children. Parking is only available on the roadside and finding a space is often difficult. Inside the apartment there are several raised thresholds between rooms, making it unsuitable for families with small children. In addition, the air conditioning in one bedroom did not work, the dishwasher was broken, the main light in the living room did not work, and several electrical outlets were not functioning. Some of the floor tiles were also loose and moved when walked on. Overall, I would not recommend this property, especially for families travelling with young children. The condition of the apartment and the way the situation was handled by the host were very disappointing.

  Very large clean apartment with captivating harbour views

  The view over looking the Grand Harbour and Valletta is mesmerising. Huge apartment, comfortable beds, very quiet during our week, restaurants by the waterfront, walk to ferry. Washing machine and microwave were very useful. If using taxi/bolt get dropped off in street (san Fransisk) above the apartment and walk down the stairs to the green door. Tip: Ferry ticket also gets you free ride on the lift in Valletta.

  Dishwasher is broken ( not to be repaired). Oven doesn’t heat, fan and light work only. The sofas are in extremely poor condition, absolutely need to be replaced asap. Patchy internet connection, mostly in evening when use in high demand.

  Very spacious, amazing view, great location.

  I do not like antique furniture, just a personal preference.
