Comes with a small charge of $45 fee. •Pets is not allowed. • Registered guests only — only guests on the reservation may access the property, if you will have visitors, please let us know. • Please treat the home with care and report any issues promptly Violations of the house rules, including but not limited to parties, smoking, unauthorized guests, or excessive disturbances, may result in immediate removal from the property and a fine of up to $500 per violation. Security Deposit Policy A security deposit will be automatically collected upon booking. Amount that will be collected: $500 Security deposit $17.50 Security Deposit refund processing fee Refund Process: The $500 security deposit will be refunded within 48–72 hours after checkout, provided no damages or house rules violations are reported. If any issues are identified after checkout, we will notify you with details of the issue and the associated cost. Any remaining balance from the security deposit will then be refunded accordingly.
