    Great location. Lack of air conditioning made being comfortable a challenge.

    No air conditioning. I just assumed this would be included. Only fans available, which made the unit very uncomfortable during the day.

    Good locations but no service

    Location

    No where to store luggage. No concierge service No help with getting any child equipment like cribs etc No real help, just a token phone number which tell you everything is to hard to organise

    Absolutely wonderful, will be booking in again if we get to come back to Whistler.

    Location was excellent to all chairlifts and the village. Underground carparking was great. Underfloor heating wonderful. Perfect for our family stay.

    The power points in the kitchen tripped if more than one appliance was going at a time.
