Very comfortable, clean and great location and facility.

The Villa was in a great location , very clean, quiet and very close to all the restaurants and the beach.

We were very happy, no breakfast was provided but we like to go for a walk and have brekkie somewhere different each day.

DON’T BOOK! The location is very bad and not as described on Booking.com. It is extremely difficult to reach, and every delivery driver struggled to find the place. Explaining the location repeatedly became a headache. The room layout is also very misleading: • One upstairs room has only a toilet, while the shower is downstairs in the shared living room/kitchen area. • The second upstairs room has neither a toilet nor a shower, so you must go downstairs every time to use the bathroom or shower. The villa itself is old, including the walls, flooring, and pool, and it does not feel properly maintained. There is also nearby construction, causing noise throughout the entire day. Overall, the property does not match the expectations presented online.

Amazing villa, would stay here again in a heartbeat

Incredible villa! Two separate living spaces complete with their own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Great if you are travelling with others but still want some privacy. The location was perfect - far enough away from the centre and noise of the street but still close enough to walk everywhere. The villa was immaculate, clean and well maintained. It looks exactly as it does in the photos which is uncommon! Daily cleaning and pool area maintenance was offered which was nice. The host Agung was lovely - very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again if visiting.
