  Spacious and comfortable accomodation.

  The apartment was very spacious and in an excellent location to access most attractions.

  1 gecelik konaklama için yüksek bir ücretti ama konum ve ihtiyacım bakımından memnun kaldım.

  Konumu,temizliği ve iletişimi güzeldi.

  Checkin saati çok geçti. 1 gecelik konaklamam vardı ve 16.00 da tesise giriş yapıp 11.00 da çıkış yaptım. Oldukça kısa bir süreydi.

  Tivoli Rocks! But so does this place after hours!

  The size of the living/dining space was very good and the view of the canal was lovely. The 2nd bedroom allowed us to unpack our luggage without cluttering up the main bedroom. The TV size and channel options were good. And there were nice dining options and Tivoli close by! And the communications with the staff were frequent, friendly, helpful and on time (when they said they would communicate with us, they did so, and was appreciated).

  1) Lack of imenities - there was an absence of kleenex, paper towels, any food stuffs for the 1st morning (e.g., coffee, tea, milk, etc.) Providing these basics ensures guests won't have to go "foraging" on their first morning in the apartment. 2) The sole bathroom is in dire need of an update and didn't feel clean. A bathroom remodel with added lighting, an enhanced shower, etc. would make the apartment worth the amount we paid. 3) The background noise from traffic, street sweepers, garbage men, party people, etc. should NOT be discounted. If you are a light sleeper, this is NOT the place for you. The apartment is not well sound-insulated as compared with 2 other apartments we stayed at in CPH (Hypernym and Apartments by Brochner). Incidentally, I found it amusing that the written expectations for the apartment were that guests should not make noise after 9pm. Boy, I wish the same expectation was applied to the party people at Katz downstairs! I have to be quiet... but they don't? And 4) the towels in the bedrooms and bathrooms were of poor quality and/or threadbare. I think I had better towels in summer camp when I was a kid. Sorry but it's true.
