Top Lage, schneller Kontakt zum Gastgeber, super Ausstattung. Wir durften sogar gegen Aufpreis später ausschecken.

    Medical issue ignored.

Prior to arrival, I stated that I required a fridge for medical reasons. After arrival the fridge was not fit for purpose. I addressed this but was was dismissed, despite insisting that this was a medical requirement. Unacceptable. Communication was very poor prior to and after arrival. Property was hard to find and stairs was an issue.

Amazing room in a great location, staff were lovely

Everything about the room was great, had all the facilities you would expect, steamer, hairdryer, safe and coffee facilities. Was spacious, with a walk in shower, the bathroom was modern and again was great. The staff were always contactable and gave great instructions on check in! Was a great stay and would recommend this room to anyone wanting to stay in Zadar, right in the middle of old town with everything a 2-5 min walk away.

Only thing I would comment on is the damp smell within a communal stairwell.
