  This Osaka accommodation was quite good and hopefully we’ll be able to visit again in the future!

  The property had a very modern Japanese style to it. The bedrooms, and all other facilities in the accommodation were clean and tidy. The location of the accommodation is nearby the train stations, all easily accessible via walking. There is even a grocery store to shop at near one of the train stations if you don’t want to shop at a konbini. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful as well.

  Only real downside about the property, and there isn’t much the host can do about it, but it’s simply the layout of how Japanese accommodations are. For example, the sink where the toilet is, is quite small. So, to brush your teeth, wash hands, etc, it can be quite difficult but you can definitely adjust.

  位置方便，关西机场直接到达，附近俩个地铁站可以去到任何地方。大阪市内景点直达或者只需倒一次车。神户、京都、奈良、倒一次车可以直达。 周围环境很安静，日常出行方便，夜晚也很安全。 周边5/6家超市很近方便日常生活购物等。日常吃饭步行百米有很多家餐厅和连锁。周边巷子内的居酒屋也都OK。 周边不少小公园满足散步，孩子们玩耍。 房屋大小可以满足4-6口人停歇。 客服沟通非常方便。 垃圾清理非常及时，比上次我们的东京旅居体验比方便很多。 周边可以租到自行车代步，租汽车，旁边有停车场。 性价比很高

  1：最不方便的地方，房屋客厅缺少一张桌子或者工作台，临时做饭加热等无放置位置，很不方便。 2：厨具不粘锅涂层全部都被破坏划痕，我们不得不买一口新锅使用。 3：卫生稍逊一些，第一天我们发现有一只蟑螂在墙上，于是做了全屋卫生打扫，沙发很多脏点，以前客人使用过的毛巾都在屋内袋子里，钟表、WiFi盒子和一楼空调遥控器是没有电的，结果我去买了一包电池换上。 4：电视无法正常使用，即使换到墙的另一面信号插头，也搜寻不到任何电台，只能hdmi链接电脑观看。这个不算什么问题，只是缺少娱乐而已。 5：房屋设计和家具摆放上存在小问题，比如一楼采光全靠一扇门和灯光，没有窗户，通风靠排风扇。二楼空间只有一张床，缺少实用性家具，空间利用率不高。我看来还有很多可以优化的地方。 以上问题是我们遇到最不便的地方，本次不到一个月的旅行全家还是很顺利的，考虑到不影此屋生意，我不会发任何不利于此房的图片。希望以后改进，给后续租客更好体验。
