    Wir hielten uns gerne draußen auf.

    Lage super, Vermieter nett und erreichbar. Ausstattung gut.

    Es roch leider sehr unangenehm (meine Vermutung: Schimmel), sobald man den extremen (meine Nase sagte: extrem unangenehmen) Raumduft eliminiert hatte. Ein Fenster schloss nicht (1. Etage). Der Herd liess sich nur bis ca. 95 Grad erhitzen, daher war nicht einmal Nudeln kochen möglich. Der Vermieter kam sehr schnell und sah sich alles an, betonte aber leider , es gäbe kein Problem. Meine kostenlose Diagnose: jemand hat den Topf leer kochen lassen, der Herd erhitzte sich so, dass die Elektronik vom Herd (Temperatursensor) zerstört wurde oder sich ein Überhitzungsschutz dauerhaft anschaltete. Das erklärt auch den am Boden Blasen werfenden und absolut unebenen Topf, der für den Vermieter total in Ordnung war. Das Putzen wurde nicht durch eine professionelle Kraft erledigt: in den Ecken (hinter dem Mülleimer) und in den weniger oft benutzten Schubladen wollte man lieber nicht so genau hinsehen. Dafür konnte man sich noch an den Toastbrotkrümeln des Vormieters erfreuen.
