    The property did not match the description or our expectations. The main concern was security: we were unable to lock or secure the entrance door from the inside despite multiple attempts. When we reported this, the host advised us to lean heavily against the door while locking it, but even after trying this we were still unable to lock it. The overall cleanliness was poor. The sofa bed had an unpleasant smell, the rug appeared not to have been vacuumed for a long time, and the apartment smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke despite being advertised as non-smoking. The TV was also not functioning properly. Although it powered on, it displayed vertical stripes across the screen and switched itself off after around 15 minutes. The host repeatedly requested additional photos instead of addressing the fault. The host did respond to our messages, but we found the responses dismissive and focused on questioning the reported issues rather than resolving them. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.
