    Overall excellent for a group - recommended.

    Lovely property in a great location. Great for a large group for short stay & not spending much time in the house. Very professional house & good value. Would highly recommend despite small negatives.

    Lack of living room space for a large group. Lack of sockets generally. Laminate floor needs some TLC. Beds not comfortable but just about ok. Extra fees for early/late check in/out.

    Pretty decent

    Great communication and the deposit was refunded quickly.

    Tumble dryer was not working, this is broken since April, looking back at the reviews. Some cracks on the chicken ceiling, and downstairs toilet, as well as mastic peeling off from the bath tub side wall. Ground floor flooring is mooving and with gaps that you can see below it. One of the bathrooms from top floor has no cold water running, on the shower, second bathroom has the shower hose broken.
