Disappointing and felt cheated
Apart from the location nothing is good about this property.
At the time of our check in we informed Staylio (the property managers) that the air conditioning was not working. They said they will get it fixed but throughout our stay no resolution was provided. Every night we had to keep the window open and sleep. They finally told us on the 3rd day that the AC will not get fixed and gave us a fan. The customer care person would stop responding after 5.30pm and was not helpful at all throughout the day. Further the lined was dirty, the cups were dirty, there was dirty old lined in drawers, the door handle kept coming off and frankly its a very sub standard place. Further, they have misrepresented that we have not stayed at the property. I have whatsapp chats clearly showing that I completed my stay. Despite that they have shows my stay as incomplete.

AC was not working and complain was made they did nothing to fix it, dishwasher lower rack was broken, washing machine stopped working after 3 times use, water heater does not work properly, bed and pillows were not comfortable. The furniture is old and broken. I was lead to believe it a 3 bedroom flat with a balcony but what I got is just a room the images on the app is different than what you get. The location is not the best very noisy area. And the sound insulation is terrible neighbors tenant blast music tell morning. One last thing abon check out i forgot 200 pound worth of chocolate contacted them to arrange for shipping to my country or collection by someone there and there reply was the cleaning team throwed them away.

The property is as advertised - modern and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I’ll especially call out the shower - great pressure and hot water at all times. Proximity to several key tube lines meant we never had to change tube lines to get to any place. Management was responsive and prompt to resolve our issues.
The apartment we were originally allocated didn’t have a functioning A/C which was really needed since there is no other ventilation in the room and opening the window felt unsafe to us. The management was quick to shift us to another unit and things were perfect after that. The communication was a bit challenging as the management seemed to prioritize cleaning staff timings and even insisted to pack and move our luggage without us being present to accommodate cleaning team’s schedule. Location is convenient but the area and the path to the tube station is gritty and can feel a bit unsafe later in the night for women. We didn’t have any incidents.
