    Fabulous holiday house on beautiful Denhams Beach

    This is such a lovely beach holiday house. Located above Denham Beach on the Minjup Trail, it overlooks the water, it is located only 15 minutes from Batemans Bay and a few minutes’ drive from Batehaven. The house is bright, well appointed, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are friendly and on hand should you have any questions.

    The only addition I could think of would be a small heater for the bedrooms in winter.

    Fantastic beach cottage with everything you’d need.

    Beautifully setup beach cottage. Complementary wine and a beer, as well as dip, biscuits and cheese. The decor is amazing, as are all the facilities. Michael and Mirella were professional, welcoming and friendly. Good communication.

    Comfy and super clean

    Exceptionally clean. Comfy sofas and bed. Good kitchen. Very spacious. We appreciated the treats and coffee facilities. Very friendly host. The beaches are within easy walking distance.

    The balcony doesn't receive much sun (which may be good in summer, though).
