    Passable

    Location

Water was difficult to regulate. The water was too hot or cold. The conditioner and body wash were closer to the empty bottles upon arrival. Clearly, if i had guest coming, i would fill them up. Couldn't change the thermostat. To the temp of my liking. Apt smelled like Marijuana probably from neighbors smoking it nearby. Great location to nearby activities. The house was clean. Carpets need replacing musty smell.

Good location in walking distance to campus. Plenty of parking. Main level smelled like smoke

Proximity to UGA campus. Large space. Big Bedrooms.

Place smelled like smoke, especially on main level. Floors were not even vaccuumed. Not enough pillows in bedrooms. You can just tell the place has been partied in way too hard and not repaired along the way.

The place was comfortable and close to downtown Athens. The owner was very friendly and accessible by phone or text, responded very quickly.

The place was clean and comfortable, No problems. Will be ready for an update in the future.
