    Nice place, Nice location but not for ys

    The property was well equipped but felt quite small. The heating worked well and the beds were very comfortable

    Didn’t like the parking as our wing mirrors nearly touched the walls and the protruding drain covers, which we couldn’t see when we arrived in the dark, scraped the underneath of our car. The protruding nails on the carpet grip at the top of the stairs were a hazard to bare feet and negotiating around the two larger beds was tricky. The firestick didn’t work and couldn’t get iPlayer on the TV, we so our planned Friday night viewing had to be abandoned much to the disappointment of my girls

    Nice and easy short stay and a great location. Everything you need right outside the front door.

    Second time staying here now. Great location and lovely place to stay. James the host kindly gave us early check in if nobody had stayed the previous night. Beds are comfy and the cottage is clean and tidy every time. No complaints with the house or the stay.

    Fire stick for the tv wasn’t working this visit, but wasn’t a deal breaker.

    A perfect place for a break to enjoy walking cycling and relaxing in the New Forest.

    Very clean with all the facilities you need and a pretty garden to relax in. Perfectly situated on the edge of the New Forest, next door to the pub and a Londis and near a lovely little cafe but still quiet.

    Fantastic Place to stay

    Clean and tidy great location great amenities

    Driveway and parking not the best motorcycles and there were three guests and only two towels for morning shower. Other than that was very nice and would stay again with a car.

    Enjoyable short stay

    The house is between Londis and pub but didnt cause any problems at all. Quiet enough.Recommend the pub food. We parked outside property...didn't bother going down the drive as we have a large car. Clean and comfortable property.Lovely well stocked kitchen. (Note:Key safe on left side of house)

    Creaky landing floor which is not good when going to bathroom during the night. Single bed also creaky. Blackout blinds in bedrooms would be helpful.
