    The overall decor and feel and cleanliness

    The light above the master bed was a genuine health hazard! The low lightbulbs were at eye level for me and my 15yo daughter hit it once with her head

    Exceptional place to stay and would definitely do it again!

    It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Very well presented. The cafe below is a little dangerous to the waistline-yum!

    One of us staying was 90 years old so the number of stairs were a bit difficult but we managed.

    An almost lovely flat, but too many little irritations.

    The flat is decorated to a high standard. It is very clean and modern. Well finished, but missing the finishing touches.

    Top issue was the glass doors to the bathroom and en-suite. The en-suite is a clear glass door, looking down on the toilet. WTF? Other than that there were quite a few little issues, suggesting the otherwise high standard finish was not quite finished. The photos did not reveal how any steps there were, nor that the en-suite had 5 steps down, and there was no hand rail. No coat hooks anywhere in the flat. There were no toilet roll holders. Dining room table can only seat 4 people becuase of the bars at each end. Main bedroom lower windows need to be opaque to give some privacy, especially with the cafe outside. En-suite shower door had no outside handle (door on backwards?) No anti-slip mats in the bathrooms. Main bathroom door did not lock, and the sink plug is broken. Top bedroom (right), has no hanging space, and the carbon monoxide detector flashes brightly. Lots of little niggles, most of which could be fixed easily.
