    It was worth our pay. I’d still want to atay here next time.

    Close proximity with everything in Davao City. Prompt rescue from the owner and polite security and utility staff.

    The ceiling in the toilet looks like it’s about to fall. The toilet had a distinct smell. There are tiny ants that bit us.

    Nice place to stay, especially for big families.

    Very comfortable and spacious. AC in the rooms was very nice.

    More bathroom paper would have been nice as well as sugar for the coffee. Over all the place was great.
