No geral foi excelente
Local muito bem situado, tranquilo, com uma praceta óptima para crianças brincarem e adultos poderem descansar nas imediações. A poucos minutos da praia e da zona histórica, excelente. Supermercados, cafés, bares e restaurantes perto e de fácil acesso. O prédio também tem elevador, óptimo para não carregar bagagem pelas escadas. A casa tem o mínimo indispensável na cozinha, estranhei a ausência de tigelas ou caixas plásticas para guardar refeições sobrantes, mas nada que justifique dar nota negativa nesse aspecto. O apartamento não tem ar condicionado, sim candeeiros com ventoinhas, a cozinha é a parte mais quente.
Falta de privacidade nas janelas, deveriam ter pelo menos algo que tapasse, na falta de cortinas nos quartos e cozinha.

Super lage, schnelle antwort von vermieter, waschmaschine, es gab 2 sonnenschirme für am strand.
- babystuhl: war total schmutzig an den bindegurten (muss ersetzt werden,.lässt sich nicht putzen) - duschbrause: defekt/ wasser floss hinten raus - wc deckel im grossen bad: war lose, konnte nicht benutzt werden, da er nicht zum wc passte. Vermieter behauptet es gab in der fabrik keinen passenden (wc deckel wurde unters lavabo gelegt, vermutlich wieder montiert für die nächsten damit es schön aussieht) - 1 bett hatte gebrochenen lattenrost - wohnzimmerstühle: instabil, fehlten schrauben, billige ware - keine klimaanlage Allgemein: es wird nur.geld kassiert mit der wohnung aber sie wird nicht unterhalten/ im stand gehalten Der vermieter reparierte nur die duschbrause Alle anderen mängel wurden nicht behoben (mit ausreden)

A quiet central location 5 min walking to the beach, . Whenever I had any questions, the apartment owner was always responsive and available. The only downside was the constant difficulty finding parking — I often had to park several blocks away from the accommodation. However, that's quite normal for such a central location, that has to be expected. Overall everything went perfectly.
Although there was no air conditioning, but fans were available throughout the apartment.
