    The stay was really good value for money in a location that really suited us. The beds were really comfortable. Wi-fi and TV both were great. There was a lot of space for a family of 4. Communication with host was fine, we had a small issue we communicated about and the response was quick and resolved.

    There was no hairdryer that I could find. The freezer was completely frozen and needs defrosting. We were also a bit challenged with plug sockets which seemed in limited supply, luckily we had an extension cable.

    Great for kids. Great for family trip to the Rugby.

    Great for us and the grand kids. Very child friendly, they loved playing with the toys that were left there. Very close drive to Newport Rugby ground.

    Hot water takes ages to come through, but when it does it’s fine. That lounge TV is so difficult to work. The remote select button only works sometimes, actually stopped working on the final morning. Not really able to watch it.
