    Unsafe location, poor customer service, and a promised refund that was never honored.

    The apartment itself was spacious and had a nice layout. The check-in process was straightforward.

    The biggest issue was the location. There were many people around the apartment using drugs, and it did not feel safe, especially for families. I would not recommend staying here if you are traveling with family. The bathroom door lock was broken and did not work during our stay. Our car was also towed, which was very frustrating. The next day, I informed Denny that we wanted to cancel the remaining stay and move to another property because we did not feel safe. He told us we would receive a refund, but that refund was never processed. Later, he asked me through the chat to leave a bad review, saying that his boss would approve the refund afterward. I did exactly as requested, but I still never received the promised refund. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

    Beautiful place close to the center

    The place has everything you might need, pretty close to the center and it is nice and comfortable. Parking spot is located very close to the department. Very good choice!

    People could park in your parking spot. Then you need to call the tow.

    Perfect for our weekend stay.

    The location was perfect for what we were doing. Condo was well stocked with the necessities and was clearly thoroughly cleaned. The reserved parking spot was really nice as well.

    Unfortunately there are some train tracks nearby that can cause a bit of a commotion overnight but this was the only real complaint.
