    Ideal for a short stay

    Spacious, ideal location , comfortable was just what we were looking for

    Superb spacious flat

    A lovely light & spacious flat, kitchen was very well equiped with quality utensils, crockery everything was clean.Modern Bathroom with large shower and again quality towels provided, seperate toilet very handy especially with a small child newly toilet trained ! All bedrooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds nice fresh smelling bedding and furniture. Lounge is large, comfortable sofa again all clean. No noise was heard from the pub/resturant downstairs once in the flat, the position of the flat is excellent once parked no need to use car again if staying in Mablethorpe as beach & fair is across the road and arcades, cafes shops are just round the corner. This flat i would recomend for a family beach holiday in summer or a get together of friends/ couples in the winter for beach walks and a meal/ drinks in The Beck if you dont feel like cooking.

    Maybe some sort of gate at the top of the entrance stairs to flat as the stairgate wasnt quite wide enough although we used it on the bedroom door when our nearly 3 year old went to bed.

    Very clean, spacious apartment with everything you needed. Parking lot was big enough for a artic.

    Food whiff from the busy restaurant prep in the mornings, so had to keep rear windows closed during this time.
