    Consistently excellent. Would definately recommend..

    Have stayed here several times and it has always been comfortable and well presented and is our go to place when we need accommodation.

    Underwhelming

    Quiet location , tidy

    Dirty windows, scuffed walls, small bedrooms, no dishwasher or tea towels. Smeared cuttlery Toilets took 15 minutes before they could be flushed again!! Plugs next to children's bed

    Potentially a good property, needs some TLC.

    Kitchen and Sitting room were of good proportions, nice dining table and chairs. Enjoyed sitting on decking several times.

    The property is in need of painting, patchy colours in kitchen and living room where touched up at different times. Both armchairs and footstools were stained and dirty. kerbside appeal spoiled with amount of weeds.
