    Easy walking distance to city centre

    Whilst not dirty, it was in need of some updating on decor, paintwork and power washing the external area would make it quite pleasant.

    A brilliant location for visiting student son.

    We love the location. We love the 3 bedrooms. We love the multiple loos and bathrooms. We live the bath.

    The shower in the en-suite needs repairing. Water gushed from the hose. Soft furnishings are tatty and old now and need replacing. Towels were old and needed replacing. Only a few cups left now in the cupboard. Overhaul of the crockery etc is needed. No hot water for 24 hours. Was fixed but too late as it was time to leave.
