    Great location and comfortable flat, but maybe bring ear plugs for sleeping

    The location is incredible as you are right smack in the middle of everything. It is right in the Grassmarket and just a quick walk to Victoria street and the Royal Mile. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was nice and shampoo and body wash were provided.

    I think the reviews understated how loud it gets outside of the flat on certain nights. One of the nights we stayed was Saturday night and the crowd noise made it very hard to sleep. We wanted to open the windows because it was quite hot and stuffy, but opening the windows made the crowd noise even louder. This is absolutely no fault of the owner of course, but something to be aware of.

    Great place for three couples in the centre of Edinburgh.

    Fabulous central location. Comfortable beds. Lovely treats left for us.
