Very enjoyable
Close to City Centre. Clean and good quality facilities. Parking is included which is a big bonus in York.
Could have done with more coat hangers, more glasses and a bottle opener but these are only minor issues.

Great location but expect poor sleep and zero comfort in-between days
It was in a good location and the instructions were clear to enter the property, car park and use the facilities
The majority of the kitchen utensils, including jugs and glasses, exhibited mold and required cleaning. A significant shortage of bin bags was noted. The most substantial concern was the bed, advertised as a double. It was, in fact, a Murphy bed with no discernible support, and its broken mattress caused one to sink into the middle. Additionally, the oversized sheets were ill-fitting. They fail to mention you need to be on top of the hot water tank with a boost function and the ventilation unit had no instructions and was broken . Also no storage to hang clothes (no coat hangars ) and no draw space for clothing .

We had a gorgeous weekend in York, this property was perfect! Nicely decoration, modern, had everything you need for any
The location is less than a five minute walk from the city center. Supermarkets close by. Situated on the canal so nice scenic walk to the center. The property is clean, welcome pack full of information and even a little bag of treats and essentials provided which was a nice touch. Everything you need from a speaker, toaster, kettle, to, fan, heating and toiletries l!
