En tout premier, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du staff: à la reception, au service, à la préparation des chambres. Ensuite, le charme d’un hotel de caractère, gardant son âme originelle tout en ayant le confort moderne d’un hotel de ce standing. Enfin, l’emplacement est absolument inégalable. Dans la rue centrale de Luang Prabang mais peu passante. Un parfait point de départ pour la visite des temples de Luang prabang. A 10min du marché de nuit. A 5min du bord du Mékong et ces petits restaurants pour prendre un cocktail devant le coucher du soleil. Inoubliable!
J’ai tout aimé. Comme je le disais au staff, la clim est tres performante, mais elle est un peu bruyante. L’hotel nous a tout de suite aidé en faisant intervenir leur technicien. Le séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé.

All in all very nice, a good place to relax.
Comfortable and friendly…excellent location
The shower facility not so good. An expensive hotel should have better than simply a shower over the Bath.
