    Goeie ligging maar oncomfortabele flat

    ligging was goed, dicht bij metro en enkele winkels op wandelafstand

    De flat was enorm koud. Vooral de badkamer die wordt veronderstelt de warmste kamer in een huis te zijn. 's Avonds namen we de dekbedden om ons te verwarmen in de woonkamer. Bedden waren erg oncomfortabel. We voelden de springveren doorheen de matras. We zijn dan maar naar de eenpersoonsbedden verhuisd maar die bleken niet veel beter... Als deze flat verhuurd wordt voor een bezetting van 5 mensen waarom zijn er dan 3 koffielepels, slechts een 10-tal kleerhangers...? De flat heeft dringend een opknap/schoonmaak beurt nodig.

    Loads of space, comfortable, nice host. All you really need for a couple of nights

    Great flat, just bear in mind it’s opposite 2 bars

    It is a spacious flat, which was why we chose it. It was near Tynemouth village and Whitely Bay, we were lucky to have had friends in the area with a car as it made it more flexible to get around.

    Unfortunately on the Friday night I got no sleep due to the neighbours around the corner playing loud music until 3 in the morning, and then the noise from the World Cup games at 3.30. I did put a polite note into their house, advising them that we staying next and that the bedroom with the double bed clearly backs onto their living room and you the noise just comes through the walls. They were quiet on the Saturday night, which was appreciated. My friend stayed in the larger room, and unfortunately could not find any of the mattresses with a firmer touch. Just something to be aware of.
