    המטבח היה מאובזר בכלים בסיסים שאפשרו הכנת ארוחה. הדירה עצמה היתה עם חלון אחד לנוף.

    המקום פחות טוב לטיולי קיץ, המתחם כמעט שומם. כל הבונוסים של מסעדה, בריכה וכו.. לא פעילים. כל יציאה מצריכה הזזת רכב. אזורי הטיול ברובם מרוחקים.
