  Location Great but apartment lacking

  The location was brilliant. Right in the centre of Stamford. The parking was close by (if you could get a space) which we did. It made things incredibly easy. It was also lovely to be able to wonder around and then go back to the apartment. Lots of shops, restaurants and facilities nearby. Highly recommend for location and parking. The communication with the Hosts was great. Really easy instructions to follow.

  The property didnt feel safe. The gap between the kitchen and the spiral staircase is really small (I have photos). My husband hit his head hard on the staircase, causing him to fall to the ground and be quite sick. The spiral staircase makes it difficult to take any sort of case up to the bedroom. The safety rails around the staircase moved. There were bolts missing. It really felt incredibly unsafe ( I have a vide0). Some of the tiles in on the bathroom floor are cracked and when you walked over them you were concerned they would trap your feet. The rug was really slippy on the wooden floor. It needs grips on it. Someone will slip on it. Leaving the apartment on the stairs again feels so unsafe. When you come out, immediately it falls away and you have to be really careful to find the stairs. There was no manual about how things worked and if there was it definitely wasnt obvious. It's really disappointing because it could be so lovely.

  What a beautiful place Stamford and the ABB was excellent and a brilliant location

  Location was excellent we loved Stamford will be back soon

  There was nothing we didn't like we even did Christmas shopping in town

  Location brilliant. So convenient to be right near the dar park. Loved walking around Stamford and the park and across the river. Sofa bed very comfortable and easy to put up. Everything extremely clean .

  Upstairs mattress much too soft to be comfortable. Need to glue the tiles down on the bathroom floor.

  Lovely quiet and picturesque location, would definitely do gain

  Fabulous location, almost in the centre of town, very quirky and cute apartment, clean and comfortable, easy and close to station, plenty of extra pillows and bedding, most utensils etc were there that we needed, loved the skylight above the bed,

  We found the apartment very well appointed but there was a slight oversight of no toilet paper, which was ok as we popped to the shops, but had it been after hours we would of been stuck 😊 one other thing we thought was altho everything we needed was there it was lacking a chopping board and we were worried about cutting on the counter top.
