    Clean, large rooms compared to other hotels, washing machine and microwave & stove in room was very convenient.

    No bad points, but should be aware of location and accessibility. The closest station, Kitanagase station, is 1-2 minutes by train or a 50-minute walk from Okayama station. The train frequency between the stations depends on the time of day, and can extend out to 30-40 minutes toward the evening/night.

    Terrifically comfortable.

    The location is so close to the station and it's probably as easy to access Okayama as it is from many hotels located there directly. The staff was very polite and helpful, and many speak excellent English if you need assistance in that language. The rooms are MASSIVE, beds and linens comfy, laundry fast and the bathtubs deep and comfortable. Everything you'd need for an extended stay and eating takeout in your room is provided. Air conditioning is strong and cools the room fast. Probably the best value for money hotel I've ever stayed in. Convenience store steps away.

    The first floor is a physical training gym, which was surprising. There are very few restaurants nearby, although this was obvious when we were booking so it was easy to manage. Weirdly the sound insulation is not good (considering everything else is in amazing shape) and there is noise from emergency vehicles and music and teens at the convenience store. It isn't catastrophic but if you are a delicate sleeper you may need earplugs.

    接客がとてもよかった。 部屋がとても綺麗で、洗濯機までついていた。

    洗濯機の柔軟剤が見つからなかったのか、なかったかな
